Growing up in the cold climates of Canada and Northern USA meant short summers, winter half the year, stress and time lost trying to navigate snowy congested streets, and a longing for sunshine, beaches and relaxation. These realities are what inspired us to relocate to this magical spot in the Carribean, Playa del Carmen.

Our joint 15 years of experience working in hospitality and tourism, the last 9 of which have been at the 5-diamond luxury hotel Banyan Tree Mayakoba, have provided us with an education found nowhere else.  We have learned to be detail oriented, anticipate the needs of our guests, pride ourselves on genuine and professional customer service, believe that all things are possible, and last but not least, that the satisfaction and the voice of you, our guests, are the keys to our success. Along our journey we have met many people, made valuable contacts, learned the local ins and outs of the area, and had numerous extraordinary experiences in the paradise we now call home!  We can’t wait to share it all with you!
